Orders ship within 7 business days of when payment is received. Occasionally orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability. I offer a $6.00 flat rate shipping charge for USPS priority mail. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days after it ships.

Right now I am only using United States Postal Service as it is the most economical option for my customers. Most orders are delivered within two weeks after it ships.
Changing your order:
Please contact me at email@example.com if you need to change your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed online.
Only California residents will be charged sales tax which is 9%. Outside of California, you are responsible to claim your city tax on your own.
Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition for full credit within 30 days of the date shipped. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to return the piece you purchased.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Caring for your jewelry:
Because I use natural stones, the stones may vary slightly in shape, shade, cuts and size. However, the slight variance in color or pattern will in no way compromise the intention of your piece. Gemstones are precious stones and are very fragile. I recommend taking off your jewelry when showering, swimming, exercising or partaking in rough/fast activity. This can breakdown the materials that make up the jewelry or break a jump-ring or clasp.
Any repairs needed in the first 90 days of the purchase date have no charge. If you drop or pull on the piece and it breaks then there will be charge to fix it. Reporting how the piece broke is on the honor system. Any repairs after the 90 days costs $25.00 and that includes the additional parts for the repair and shipping. (Please keep all parts to the piece to return as complete as possible)
