I'm having issues purchasing. What do I do?

Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank. If you’re still having issues, please contact us for additional assistance.

Can I edit or change my order after it has been placed?

Please contact me within 12 hours of your purchase at if you need to change your order  Simply let me know the item that you left off or need changed and I will edit your order

  • However if the item has already been processed and shipped I can not change your order. In that case you will have to return the item once it arrives at your address.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Only California residents will be charged sales tax which is 9.5%. Outside of California, you are responsible to claim your city tax on your own.


How much does shipping cost?

I offer a $3.50 flat rate shipping charge within USA for USPS priority mail.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES! I ship all around the world. If you do not see your country listed at check out, please email me at and we can see if we can set up shipping to you. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

Right now I am only using United States Postal Service as it is the most economical option for my customers. Most orders are delivered within two weeks after it ships.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship within 5 business days of when payment is received. Most orders are delivered within 3 - 4 business days after it ships.

Will I be charged for customs and import tax?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged depending on your country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.  



What is your return policy?

Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition for full credit within 30 days of the date shipped.

Before returning your purchase, please note the following:

**Important- Before you ship item back please email me at with your request to return the piece you purchased.

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.
  • Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

How do I return an item?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 

  • For International returns: please remember to label your parcel 'Returned Unwanted Merchandise' to avoid import duties.
  • Please send your piece of jewelry in a secure bubble envelope.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you don't.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.



We ordered the wrong one. Are we able to exchange it?

In the event that you receive an item and decide you ordered the wrong one all items must be returned for our inspection before a replacement product can be sent. Please see Returns Policy.

    Caring For Your Jewelry

    Some helpful tips to care for your Mala and ensure the longevity of your jewelry piece.

    Because the stones I use are natural stones, the stones may vary slightly in shape, shade, cuts and size. However, the slight variance in color or pattern will in no way compromise the intention of your piece. Gemstones are precious stones and are very fragile. They can be broken if dropped or exposed to extreme pressures.

    • When you are not wearing your jewelry, keep in a safe place. Do not stuff in your pants pocket or a tight confined space as it may break.
    • Do not wear your beads while exercising or partaking in rough/fast activity. This can breakdown the materials that make up the jewelry or break a jump-ring or clasp. It may also get caught on something and break.
    • Keep your mala out of water as it will break down and shorten the lifespan and beauty of the beads.I recommend taking off your jewelry when showering and swimming.
    • If you need to clean your mala use a lightly damped cloth with water and carefully wipe over the beads (do not allow them to stay wet)
    • To freshen up the tassel, dampen  it and gently comb the strands straight while slightly damp. You can also trim away any strays from the end of the tassel when it is still damp. Allow it to dry fully overnight before wearing it.

    Repair Policy

    We will repair all of our products for free within 90 days of purchase if sent back to us providing that you did not drop or pull on the piece to make it break. Reporting how the piece broke is on the honor system.

    • Customer is to provide ALL pieces to the necklace or bracelet when sending in for repair (or as as complete as possible)
    • We will do our best to replace any missing pieces given that they are common pieces or parts that are in our current inventory.
    • Any repairs after the 90 days will cost $45.00 for malas and $20 for bracelets and that includes the additional parts for the repair and shipping.
    • When the repair is completed, in approximately in 7 to 14 working days, it will be shipped back to sender.
